How long does a Bitcoin payment take?
Usually 10 to 30 minutes. Bitcoin produces a block about every 10 minutes, and the top-up is credited automatically once the network confirms it. A low network fee can make confirmation slower when the network is busy.
Do you accept the Lightning Network?
Not at the moment. Send on-chain BTC on the Bitcoin network. If you need a faster payment, USDT on TRON and Solana usually confirm in a few minutes or less.
Which wallet can I pay from?
Any wallet or exchange that can send on-chain BTC to a standard address. If you pay from an exchange, make sure its withdrawal fee is not taken out of the amount you send, so the exact amount arrives.
Can I get a refund in Bitcoin?
Yes. Within 14 days of a top-up, the unspent part can be sent back in BTC on the Bitcoin network, at its US dollar value on the day we send it, minus any network fee. Bonus credit is never paid out. See the refund policy.
