Can I buy proxies with Ethereum?

Yes. Top up your balance with ETH from $30, then buy any plan from it: residential, unlimited residential, mobile, ISP, datacenter, dedicated datacenter and the Google SERP API.

How long does an Ethereum payment take?

Usually 2 to 5 minutes. The top-up is credited automatically once the network confirms the transaction.

Can I send ETH on Arbitrum, Base or another layer 2?

No. Send ETH on Ethereum mainnet only. Funds sent on a layer 2 or another chain cannot be credited and may be lost.

Can I pay with USDT or USDC on Ethereum (ERC-20)?

No. Tokens on Ethereum are not accepted. Tether is accepted only as USDT on the TRON network (TRC-20), and USDC is not accepted.

Can I get a refund in ETH?

Yes. Within 14 days of a top-up, the unspent part can be sent back in ETH on Ethereum mainnet, at its US dollar value on the day we send it, minus any network fee. Bonus credit is never paid out. See the refund policy.
