Bitcoin (BTC) on the Bitcoin network, Ethereum (ETH) on Ethereum mainnet, Monero (XMR), Tether USDT on the TRON network (TRC-20) and Solana (SOL), and only these. Payments in another coin or on another network cannot be credited and may be lost.
Can I pay with a credit card or PayPal?
No. Proxonym accepts only these five cryptocurrencies. If you hold none, buy USDT or Bitcoin on an exchange first, then send it to the address shown for your top-up.
How long does a crypto top-up take?
It depends on the network: usually under a minute for Solana, 1 to 3 minutes for USDT on TRON, 2 to 5 minutes for Ethereum, 10 to 30 minutes for Bitcoin and 20 to 30 minutes for Monero. Your balance is credited automatically once the payment is confirmed.
What is the minimum top-up?
$30 per top-up, in any of the five coins. Plans are then paid from your balance, so small plans such as a 5 GB residential pack work too.
How does the top-up bonus work?
Every top-up of $100 or more earns +5% bonus credit for every full $100, up to +50% from $1,000. Top up $250 and $275 lands on your balance; top up $1,000 and you get $1,500. Bonus credit can be spent on any plan but is never paid out.
Does my balance expire?
No. Your balance stays available for any plan for as long as your account is open.
Can I get a refund in crypto?
Yes. Within 14 days of a top-up, you can ask for the unspent part back: we send its US dollar value in the coin you paid with, on the same network, minus any network fee. Plans with minimal usage can also be refunded to your balance within 3 days. See the refund policy.
Do plans renew automatically?
No. Nothing is ever charged automatically: you renew a plan or top up your balance when you decide to, from the dashboard.
