Why pay for proxies with Monero?
Privacy. On Bitcoin or Ethereum, anyone can see the amount and the addresses of a payment on a block explorer. Monero hides them by default, so your top-up is not publicly linked to your other transactions.
How long does a Monero payment take?
Usually 20 to 30 minutes: Monero needs several confirmations, with a new block about every 2 minutes. The top-up is credited automatically once it is confirmed.
Do I need to give my name or a card?
No. Your account needs an e-mail address and a password, and we never ask for card or bank details. We do not send e-mails: notices appear in your dashboard. As on every plan, sensitive use cases may require verification under the acceptable use policy.
Can I get a refund in Monero?
Yes. Within 14 days of a top-up, the unspent part can be sent back in XMR, at its US dollar value on the day we send it, minus any network fee. Bonus credit is never paid out. See the refund policy.
