Q: How do I get a Latvian IP address?

Add -country-lv to your proxy username and connect to gw.proxonym.com:8000 (HTTP) or :1080 (SOCKS5). Every request then leaves from a residential IP in Latvia. Drop the session parameter to get a new IP on each request.

Q: Can I target a specific city or region in Latvia?

Yes. Append -city-riga for Riga, or -state-riga for Riga. Use either a city or a region, not both. If no IP matches, the gateway returns a 502 error and you can widen the targeting.

Latvian users browse in Latvian, with Russian also common, and shoppers use local sites such as SS.lv classifieds, the 220.lv marketplace, Rimi and the comparison site Salidzini.lv. Latvian residential IPs let teams check euro pricing and search results in both languages as users in Riga or Daugavpils see them.
