South Korea proxies

Q: How do I get a South Korean IP address?

Add -country-kr to your proxy username and connect to gw.proxonym.com:8000 (HTTP) or :1080 (SOCKS5). Every request then leaves from an IP in South Korea. Drop the session parameter to get a new IP on each request.

Q: Can I target a specific city or region in South Korea?

Yes. Append -city-seoul for Seoul, or -state-seoul for Seoul. Use either a city or a region, not both. If no IP matches, the gateway returns a 502 error and you can widen the targeting.

South Korean users split their searching between Naver and Google and shop heavily on domestic platforms such as Coupang, Gmarket and 11st, with Kakao handling much of everyday messaging and payments. In-country IPs let teams check Korean-language results, won pricing and ads as local users see them, not as a foreign visitor would.
